Donations, and Dedicating a Day
Hi. So I am very very excited to be writing this final post today before I leave the internet cafe, and go and watch some of the Conference Championship games on today.
Aaron and I just saw that we have already secured 600 dollars in donations, with some extremely generous donations coming from some great friends, and family members. I wanted to take some time to say thank you to everyone who has already given some of their hard earned money to this cause. I know how tough times are right now, so every donation, large or small is valued and very much appreciated.
I also wanted to ask those who have made donations of 50$ to send in a note to Aaron and I, and let us know who or what you would like us to dedicate a days worth of riding and traveling to. Aaron put up on his first giving page, that a donation of that sort will get you a dedicated day. So send us a note. Perhaps you are having a tough time at home, and you´d like us to keep you in our thoughts as we ride, or afamily member is sick and you´d like to dedicate a day to them. Whatever it is, let us know, and we´ll make sure to talk about it in the morning, and keep it in our thoughts all day. Take photos, and blog to everyone about that day, its dedication, the significance of the donar, the dedication, and how our experiences that day tied in to it.
thanks again everyone! we leave tomorrow. Early. So by the time you wake up, hopefully we´ll be done with the first days ride. 25 miles tomorrow of 312 total. I love my Life!!!!
